Neonatal Ventilation

For the ventilation of neonates and premature babies. The still-developing lungs of the most vulnerable patients require a safe and protected care environment. The specially developed blower can meet these high requirements. The high dynamics required for neonatal ventilation and the necessary oscillating intervals can be ideally covered by the U65HN-024KS-6 - for both invasive and non-invasive ventilation.

Intensive Care Ventilation

For patients who are no longer able to breathe independently or have reduced breathing capacity. For short-term therapy, ventilation takes place with a mask (non-invasive). For longer therapy that lasts weeks or months, tracheal intubation is used (invasive). Our blowers are characterized by a fast interaction between pressure and flow levels. They are extremely reliable, durable and oxygen resistant.

Transport Ventilation

For the ventilation of a patient that is stable but is unable to breathe independently (may be in an artificial coma). The ventilator replaces the intensive care ventilator for the duration of the transport. Our blowers are characterized by a fast interaction between pressure and flow levels. They are also reliable, robust and oxygen resistant.

Emergency Ventilation

For ventilation of a patient that is no longer able to breathe on their own, directly where the accident happened. The device must be simple and extremely easy to operate, as every second counts. It must be ready for use at short notice via battery with 50-150 l/min at max. 40 mbar and for at least one hour.

Cough Therapy

For patients who cannot cough or whose secretions do not detach from the lungs (for example due to neuromuscular diseases). Our blowers generate an overpressure and a subsequent underpressure in the lungs so that the secretion is mobilized and expelled. The interaction of pressure and suction on demand is essential, with an flow rate of approx. 400 l/min at 40 mbar.

Subacute Ventilation

The patient is stable, but in the long term no longer or only partially able to breathe independently. The aim of this ventilation technique is to enable the patient to be at home and thus back in his or her familiar environment. The device is individually adjusted for the patient and installed at home. The fast interaction between pressure and flow in our blowers is essential for this therapy. In addition, the blowers are oxygen resistant, have an airflow of 10-100 l/min and a maximum pressure of 50 mbar.

High-Flow Therapy

High-flow oxygen therapy is a non-invasive respiratory support for patients with acute hypoxemic respiratory failure. Usually through a nasal tube, affected individuals receive an oxygen-air-gas mixture with flow rates between 30 and 70 l/min. The high flow prevents the patient from inhaling ambient air. It allows precise setting of an inspiratory oxygen fraction. This can significantly reduce the intubation rate and mortality in patients with acute respiratory failure. This method is used, among others, for COPD and/or Covid-19 diseases. Our blowers suitable for this purpose must be dynamically applicable, compact and oxygen resistant.

Homecare Ventilation

In case of a malfunction of the respiratory tract, the breathing device takes over breathing as necessary. Causes for this can be COPD, asthma, or COVID-19. Controlled and non-invasive ventilation resupplies the lungs with sufficient oxygen. The blowers suitable for this purpose must therefore be dynamically controllable and resistant to oxygen. They provide a maximum flow rate of 300 l/min and a maximum pressure of 30 mbar.

Sleep Apnea Ventilation

While affected persons are sleeping, airway obstruction occurs. Resulting in the stopping of breathing. Such interruptions can be prevented by means of three different ventilation therapies (CPAP, APAP, BIPAP). Our blowers, which are suitable for this purpose, must be dynamically controllable and able to switch quickly between pressure and flow. They also have a maximum flow rate of 300 l/min and a maximum pressure of 25 mbar.
