Thanks to their small size, Micronel blowers are suitable for decentralized installation. Placed directly close to the point of use and process reduces pressure losses due to long supply lines and saves installation effort. Dynamic control allows power to be called up as required on demand, increasing the efficiency of the application. In typical applications, the break-even time is just a few months.
With a conventional Air-Knife compressed air application and an air consumption of 22.5 m3/h and 4000 operating hours, a Micronel radial fan U100HL with a 40mm Air Knife with a power consumption of approx. 100 watts pays for itself after 6 months.
