Minimum orders:

  • Minimum order is $100.00 U.S. dollars.

    Micronel U.S. may accept orders for less than $100.00 U.S. dollars at its own discretion. In this case, an additional charge of $5.00 will be added.

Payment domestic orders:

  • For open accounts – payment may be made by check, money order, or Visa / MasterCard.
  • For initial orders – If not D&B rated, please forward payment or C.O.D authorization. We can not process C.O.D on non-domestic orders.

Payment international orders:

  • Pre-payment via cashiers check in U.S. funds, unless prior arrangement has been made for wire transfer or letter of credit.
  • Customer clearance and duty charges are solely the customers responsibility.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer on all shipments. Shipping charges are indicated on all invoices. Shipments are via UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer with his shipping account number.

Documentation Charges:

A charge of $5.00 U.S. Dollars will be added when customer request a COC or other non-standard documentation.

Sales tax:

Only California customers need submit a resale certificate to avoid payment of California sales tax. Micronel U.S. does not remit sales tax to states other than California.

Freight damage:

If merchandise has been damaged in transit, it is important to keep the shipping carton, package material, and parts intact. Contact your shipping agent or Micronel U.S. for further instructions.

Product returns:

  • Please, contact Micronel U.S. to obtain an authorization return number.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Return shipping charges must be pre-paid and customer clearance and duty must be prepaid.
  • Return material must be in original packaging and pass incoming inspection tests.
  • Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking charge.

Product liability:

Micronel U.S. sole obligation for products that prove to be defective by Micronel U.S. evaluation tests will be to repair or replace the products. Micronel U.S. gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Micronel U.S. liability exceed the buyers purchase price. Nor shall Micronel U.S. be liable for any indirect or consequential damage. Notice of possible defective products must be made within 90 days of purchase. This warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to misuse (reverse voltage, static discharge, neglect, accident, modifications, or alteration during assembly) which make it impossible for Micronel U.S. technicians to test the product.

Further, products sold by Micronel U.S. are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems. Nor in medical operating room equipment. A critical component, is any component of a life support device or system or medical equipment whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause failure or malfunction of the life support device or system or medical operating room equipment.

Delivery information

Standard items are stocked on a moving average ship quantity level, thus small quantity delivery can usually be made within a few days or as requested.

Delivery – annual orders:

Minimum shipment quantity is one twelfth of total quantity. Two months ship quantity is normal stocking level.
